DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF IMMIGRATION AND EMIGRATION RECEIVED A CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION FOR BEING THE BEST INSTITUTION IN CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE DELIVERY IN RWANDA

 On May 1st 2010, the Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration received a Certificate of appreciation for being the best Institution in Customer Care and Service Delivery in Rwanda. The certificate was handed over to the Director General of Immigration and Emigration by Honorable Minister of Public service and Labor, Mr. Anastase MUREKEZI at Amahoro National Stadium during Labor Day commemoration ceremony.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

The  Rwandan  Directorate  General  of  Immigration  and  Emigration  (DGIE) is  a customer oriented service delivery institution which delivers services in accord with its core values and standards as set out in its Client Service Charter.

DGIE's  mission  is  to  create  a  secure  enabling  environment  for increased  trade, investment,  tourism,  and  skills  development  through professional  conduct  and offering high quality service. It  has  a program  to  regularly  evaluate  the effectiveness  and  efficiency  of its services with the goal of improving service delivery.  An important element of its evaluation  strategy  is  to  better  understand  the  degree of  satisfaction  customers have with DGIE's service delivery.

DGIE conducts online customer satisfaction surveys to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of its services and to get proposals from customers in order to improve our services.
