* Application letter

* Marriage certificate for a spouse

* Birth certificate for a child / Adoption certificate

* Original police clearance for the person above 18 years of age, from the country of residence for previous six months

* Copy of the principle’s Identity card

* Application letter

* Copy of the principle’s Identity card 

APPLICATION FEES

*  50% (half) of the fee paid by the principle applicant

PERMIT VALIDITY

* has same validity as of the principle.

* Detailed curriculum vitae (above 18 years of age)

* valid for period of three years
