* Copy of proof of registration

* Copy of valid refugee card and presentation of the original

* One recent colored passport size photo

APPLICANT UNDER 16 YEARS OLD

* Parents’ marriage certificate

* Child birth Certificate

* Copy of both parents Refugee Cards and presentation of originals

* Copy of proof of registration

* One recent colored passport size photo

CHILD WHO LOST ONE PARENT

* Copy of proof of registration
